GREAT company. Very honest and very knowledgeable. We have called them twice and each time they have been upfront about whether we needed their services or not. Debbie answered my call and before booking the appointment she even double checked to make sure she sent the right person for the job just in case I would need a certain service to be done (fruit fly problems ughhh I know). I would recommend them to ANYONE in need of plumbing help.

We had a busted drain pipe that was leaking thru the foundation into our finished basement. Could not run water without using the shop vac to catch the water as it drained into the house. The first time they came out, the camera didn't pick up how decrepit the pipe was, but Chris followed up and took another look. These gentlemen pulled a 12-hour shift to replace our pipes and waterline to get it done the same day. Courteous, knowledgeable, hard working and fair priced!

Technician Mullins arrived on time. Was both professional and pleasant to speak with. He listened intently to our description of the problem and to our attempts to resolve it on our own. He politely acknowledged our situation and assured us he could handle the issue. When finished he was meticulous with his cleanup. Everything took less than an hour.

They wanted to cut out a wall to get to the pipes and wanted $1300 for the repair. We had the same repair made without cutting into the wall for less than 1/3 of the price with another plumber. Don’t waste your time and money here.

TPC is great...great service at a great price! I use them frequently on several properties I take care of. When in need of a plumber, they are very good at responding and getting things back up and running. I highly recommend them to everyone! Very good group of people.
